Your order is important to us. All orders are given prompt attention, no matter how large or small. All stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or on the weekends will start processing as of Monday. We ship by USPS:

Shipping via  Express Mail® International (4-5 average business day) is a flat rate of $36.99 anywhere world except for CANADA where it is a flat rate $25.99.

Shipping Via First Class Mail International (6 to 12 average Business days) is a flat rate of $12.99 anywhere world except for CANADA where it is a flat rate $8.29.

Retail Return Policy

At HairCoverings.com, we hope to make your shopping experience a positive one. We gladly accept returns of unworn products for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Many of our items arrive with information tags. Removal of these tags voids this return policy.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please follow these few steps to ensure that your return will be handled accurately and quickly: (Un-worn merchandise only please)

Wholesale Return Policy

We accept returns for up to 7 days for a store credit

1.  When we receive the Return Slip and the hat, we will process your return usually in 7 -12 business days.
2.  If the product has any kind of tag on it, removal of the tag will void any return. Do not remove any tags.
3.  Please do not return any item after 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept returned items if they have been worn or if they are  damaged.
4. Pack the item carefully because we are not responsible for hats damaged in shipping.
5.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
